Here in Webb County, Sexual offenders are being released by a few justice’s of the peace (namely three). These three stooges are authorizing the release of several dozens of defendants with felonies and misdemeanors (repeat offenders) that have been accused, charged and incarcerated at the Webb County Jail. It’s not only breakfast gossip, but lunch, dinner and yea, the midnight snack, too.
The concern here is that these Justice’s of the Peace are getting involved and authorizing the release of individuals that are at high risk to the Webb County Community (mainly, children) on a pr bond (personal recognizance bond).
The three stooges of Webb County are Judge Ricardo Rangel, Judge Hector Liendo and Judge Oscar Liendo. These type of people give mexican-americans a bad name.
Several individuals that were released on a personal recognizance bond were charged with Sexual Indecency with a child, Sexual Assault On A Child, Indecent Exposure, Injury to a child, Abandonment and Endangerment to a child, Sexual Assault with immigration hold (released and deported) and hundreds of repeat offenders. And mind you, I did not include Domestic Violence (that’s another issue, another article).
These defendants that were released on a PR Bond are not going via a court process. There is no court hearing for these pr bonds. Some get released within minutes. No, I’m not kidding.
And why would a Justice of the peace be involved with authorizing the release of a defendant charged with a felony? I understand a bail bond setting, but a release? These guys don’t know “jack-shit” about the law? It’s like putting a monkey in a BOMB S.W.A.T. -think you feel safe?
Of course, you are innocent till proven guilty, but how innocent are they? It’s like being around a pit bull and the owner tells you, “Don’t worry it doesn’t bite.” Well, do you think the dog will bite? Want to take a chance?
The jp’s know the law like a “clown” knows engineering. Yea, you have to consider that the proper process and the proper precautions must always be made without taking away a person’s civil rights and liberties; but yea, like if they even know what the fuck civil liberties are.
We put the lives of our children and our own at risk by putting “incompetent” people in public office. If you don’t know the law, If you don’t have morals and common sense, stay out of public office. Voters should take responsibility for electing these freakin’ dolts for public office.
I own a bail bond company. I am an author. I have children. I post bail for many, but I do know what precautions I have to make. This is a serious matter. These dummies take it for granted.
High felony charges are being bonded out by these JP’s. Why are they doing a district judge’s work? What’s the catch? I wasn’t born yesterday. Are these judges taking money?
Why be a sell out? I guess their thinking (if any) here is : PR BONDS= VOTE= MONEY=EGO VS ETHICS , VOTES, AND BRAINS
NOTE TO WEBB COUNTY: Hey, if you were the victim of a crime and the accuser gets send to jail and was released on a personal recognizance bond and later came back and committed the same offense again … SUE the fuck out of the county and the judge. And yea, give out a few analogies like I did above for some levity.
It’s all about ethics, baby. Simple and descent ethics.
